FAQ

What is the agentic operating system?

One system with three layers. Atlas is the intelligence, Agents and Assistant do the work, and Workspaces is where your team runs the book. It sits alongside your CTRM and ERP and keeps both current.

Does it replace our CTRM?

No. Connectors sync records both ways: a trade an agent captures posts to the CTRM, and a change in the CTRM updates the workspace. Nothing migrates.

How do the agents stay under control?

You set what runs automatically and what waits for a person. Below the threshold, work lands in Tasks for sign-off, and Monitor logs every action Assistant and the agents take, with the reasoning behind it.

Does it train on our data?

No. Your documents, prompts, and outputs are never used to train models and never leave your tenant. CommodityAI is SOC 2 Type II audited, with SSO, audit logs, and encryption in transit and at rest.

How long does adoption take?

Start with one workflow on your own documents. Agents run in review mode until accuracy is proven on your paper, then high-confidence work goes automatic. You will have a before and after in weeks, not quarters.
