FAQ

Where do the answers come from?

From your live records: your workspaces, the document pack in Vault, and the data feeds you connect. Atlas grounds every answer in current data and cites the source, so you can open the BOL behind the number.

What can my Assistant see?

Exactly what you can see. Assistant adopts your permissions, so a trader asks against the book and finance asks against invoices and settlements. Nobody gets an answer from data they are not allowed to see.

Can it change records?

Yes, within your permissions. Ask it to allocate a shipment or correct a field and it makes the change. Every change is logged in Monitor, with who asked and when.

How is Assistant different from Agents?

Agents are staffed in a workspace and run the work on their own: capturing trades, matching invoices, processing shipping documents. Assistant is assigned to you. It answers, analyzes, drafts, and updates when you ask.

Does it work in Outlook?

Yes. The Outlook add-in puts Assistant in your inbox, where it answers questions about the thread in front of you and drafts the reply from live records.
