Agents handle the admin work so your team can focus on what moves the business.
Each agent owns a process and brings your team in only when needed.
Supports traders by handling the admin from deal capture through contract, so they can keep moving the book.
The trade is booked the moment the deal is done, and kept current as addenda and amendments arrive, from email, chat, or recap.
Supports operators by handling shipment updates, documents, instructions, and claims, so physical execution keeps moving.
The BOL, COA, and shipping documents are collected, linked to the shipment, and chased when missing.
Supports finance teams by preparing invoices, matching payments, and tracking balances, so receivables and payables stay current.
Provisional and final invoices are drafted from the trade and shipment record, including price finalizations against the contract formula.
Supports inventory teams by posting movements and reconciling statements, so positions stay current by location.
Receipts and releases are captured, and positions by location stay current.
Supports compliance and commercial teams by collecting KYC, running checks, and keeping every counterparty file current.
KYC documentation is collected, and the counterparty file builds itself.
These five cover the core workflows. For anything specific to your desk, show us the work you want off your team’s plate. We will show you how an agent handles it.

Agents take in the documents, messages, spreadsheets, and connected data your desk already uses. One item or a configured batch, with the source kept attached.
Documents
Read contracts, BOLs, COAs, invoices, and other supported documents, including scanned and photographed paper.
Messages
Work from approved email and messaging channels, including message text, attachments, voice notes, and audio files.
Structured data
Take in supported Excel files and spreadsheets, or structured data from configured API connections.
Volume
Process individual files, recurring inbox flows, or agreed batch imports through the same workflow and review rules.
Control at volume
Source links stay attached. Validation rules and confidence thresholds decide what posts automatically and what waits in Tasks.

Agents do the work. Your team sees every record, document, and action, and steps in when needed.
Where work waits for your team. An agent that reaches its limits stops and asks, and the work arrives with the numbers and the reasoning attached.

Agents write into the same records your team reads. Every field an agent fills shows who wrote it and links to the document it came from.

Every action an agent takes, logged with its reasoning. Your team’s decisions log in the same history, so the audit reads as one story.

What an agent captures posts to your CTRM, ERP, and accounting on its own. The sync runs both ways, so a correction made there flows back.

Your team. Every action an agent takes is logged in Monitor with the reasoning behind it, and every field an agent writes links back to the document it came from. Approvals stay with people: a trade moves through your approval chain before the contract goes out.
It stops and asks. Anything ambiguous, a scan it cannot read, a term that conflicts with the contract, lands in Tasks for your team to decide. The agent picks the work back up once a person has answered.
It replaces the admin work, not the people. Agents take the data entry, the chasing, and the drafting; your team keeps the judgment calls: approvals, exceptions, counterparty conversations. In practice, customers run more volume per person, not fewer people.
Agents read from the email, chat, and document flow you already have, and write to Workspaces. Connectors sync the data with your ERP, CTRM, or ETRM, so your existing systems stay, and stay current.
Accurate enough that the exceptions become the job. Every field links to its source document, so a check takes seconds. Anything below the agent’s confidence bar goes to Tasks instead of into the record.
