Who is checking what the agents do?
Your team. Every action an agent takes is logged in Monitor with the reasoning behind it, and every field an agent writes links back to the document it came from. Approvals stay with people: a trade moves through your approval chain before the contract goes out.
What happens when an agent is not sure?
It stops and asks. Anything ambiguous, a scan it cannot read, a term that conflicts with the contract, lands in Tasks for your team to decide. The agent picks the work back up once a person has answered.
Does this replace my team?
It replaces the admin work, not the people. Agents take the data entry, the chasing, and the drafting; your team keeps the judgment calls: approvals, exceptions, counterparty conversations. In practice, customers run more volume per person, not fewer people.
How do agents connect to our systems?
Agents read from the email, chat, and document flow you already have, and write to Workspaces. Connectors sync the data with your ERP, CTRM, or ETRM, so your existing systems stay, and stay current.
How accurate is the work?
Accurate enough that the exceptions become the job. Every field links to its source document, so a check takes seconds. Anything below the agent’s confidence bar goes to Tasks instead of into the record.
