This policy explains how CommodityAI, Inc. uses cookies, pixels, scripts, and browser storage on www.commodityai.com. It describes the information involved, the providers we use, and your choices. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. How tracking works
Cookies and browser storage remember information on your device. Tracking scripts and pixels can send information to a provider, including IP address, browser and device details, page URLs, referring pages, online identifiers, and interactions. First-party cookies are stored under our website domain; third-party cookies are stored under a provider’s domain. A first-party cookie can still be used for optional tracking.
2. Regional rules and your choices
In the EU/EEA, UK, and Quebec, our optional analytics and marketing tracking remain off until you allow the relevant purpose. You can reject both, accept both, or choose separately. Continuing to browse or closing preferences does not give consent.
For visitors identified as being in the United States, Australia, or a Canadian province or territory other than Quebec, we provide notice and an opt-out rather than requiring an approval click for our website tracking. Existing opt-outs and browser privacy signals still apply. If our location rules do not cover your location, or location cannot be determined reliably enough, optional tracking remains off by default; you can open Your privacy choices to make a choice.
In the United States, the brief information notice closes automatically after ten seconds without interaction while the page is visible. Closing it does not record consent or change your tracking choices. The Cookie Policy, Your privacy choices, and Do not sell or share my personal information remain available in the footer. Consent requests in opt-in locations do not close automatically.
Location is estimated from network information supplied by our hosting provider, Vercel. We do not request your device’s precise GPS location. Regional settings do not limit your ability to turn optional tracking off.
3. Essential storage
Essential storage supports security, restricted-page access, privacy choices, and forms or bookings you request. It is not used for advertising. cai-cookie-preferences records your chosen categories, choice time, and policy version. It contains no randomly assigned advertising identifier. The fallback cookie lasts up to 400 days; the local-storage copy remains until changed or cleared. Permissions requiring consent are refreshed after 180 days. Explicit opt-outs are not automatically reversed when that period ends. cai-marketing-optout remembers a Global Privacy Control marketing opt-out, with the same cookie and local-storage lifetimes, until you explicitly change it or clear browser storage. It does not grant analytics permission. cai-cookie-notice remembers dismissal of our information notice until the notice version changes or browser storage is cleared.
cai-demo-prefill and cai-strategy-prefill temporarily hold details you enter so a requested booking can be prefilled. These session-storage values are treated as expired after 30 minutes and are cleared when read after expiry or when a booking completes; closing the tab also ends session storage. Restricted previews use access cookies such as legal-preview, mate-mode, and solutions-preview-2 for up to 30 days. Administrative login may use a payload-token cookie. These are set only in the relevant flows.
4. Analytics: Google Analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand page usage, visits, and interactions so we can improve the website. It can use first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_* with a provider default lifetime of up to two years; browser restrictions and provider settings may shorten this. Analytics follows the Analytics setting in Your privacy choices. We disable Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in our website loader.
5. Marketing: LinkedIn and RB2B
LinkedIn Insight Tag supports conversion measurement, advertising audiences, and targeted advertising. LinkedIn can receive browsing and device information and associate it with information it holds about members or visitors. Depending on browser state, its cookies can include li_fat_id, UserMatchHistory, and AnalyticsSyncHistory (30 days), li_sugr (90 days), li_gc (six months), and bcookie (one year). The provider’s cookie table describes additional cookies and current lifetimes.
RB2B is limited by our tracking configuration to US traffic and the existing business-hours rule. It and its data partners can associate visits with business contact details, including an email address or professional profile. We may use those details for business outreach. RB2B uses first-party visitor and session cookies, including _reb2buid (360 days), _reb2butk (one year), _reb2bgeo (20 days), _reb2bref (15 days), _reb2sessionID (30 minutes), _reb2bloaded (one second), _reb2bresolve (two days), and _reb2bfxf, _reb2btd, and _reb2bli (one month). These are optional marketing tools on our website, not essential site functionality.
Turning Marketing off stops new LinkedIn and RB2B tracking from this website. These disclosures can constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable US privacy laws, even without payment. 6. Videos and scheduling services
Our YouTube players load after you choose to play a video. YouTube may then process your IP address, viewing activity, and device information and use cookies or browser storage for playback, analytics, and advertising. We use its privacy-enhanced embed domain. This does not mean that playback is free of tracking. The notice next to the play control explains this before loading the player.
When you request scheduling, Cal.com provides the booking service and receives information you supply for that booking. Its service may use storage necessary to display availability, protect the service, and complete your appointment. External provider pages and their own privacy controls are governed by their privacy notices.
7. Change or withdraw your choices
Open Your privacy choices in the footer or on this page at any time. Reject optional switches off analytics and marketing. Do not sell or share my personal information switches off marketing without an account or an identity-verification step. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat it as a marketing opt-out even if you previously enabled marketing. Analytics remains subject to its own setting and the regional rule. Older Do Not Track (DNT) signals are not interpreted as a consent choice.
Changing settings can reload the page to stop already-running tracking code. We remove known optional first-party cookies and related storage that the website can access when you turn their category off. We cannot erase cookies on third-party domains; you can manage those through your browser or the provider. Stopping future tracking does not delete data already received by a provider. Contact us for deletion or other privacy requests.
Choices apply to this browser and website. You may need to repeat them on another browser or device or after clearing browser storage. If storage is blocked, we cannot promise to remember your choices on a later visit. The site remains usable if optional tracking is declined or JavaScript is disabled.
8. Retention, changes, and contact
Cookie lifetimes describe storage on your device, not how long information already collected is kept in a provider account or our business systems. See our Privacy Policy and the provider notices for more information. The listed cookie names and durations reflect provider documentation reviewed on October 28, 2026 and may vary with browser behavior and provider configuration. We update this notice and request renewed consent where required when purposes or providers materially change.
