FAQ
What does Atlas actually do for my operations team?

Atlas does the document and reconciliation work that fills your team's day. A broker emails a Bill of Lading at 09:42. Atlas reads it, matches it to the open trade in your CTRM, enriches the record with live vessel status, flags a 500 vs. 485 MT quantity variance, and routes the exception to an operator. The reconciled record posts to your ERP by 09:49. The same flow runs for COQs, COAs, assays, statements of fact, demurrage claims, LCs, and invoices. The repetitive work happens automatically. Your team works the exceptions.
How is CommodityAI different from a CTRM?

A CTRM tracks positions, exposure, and P&L. CommodityAI handles the work around the trade: capturing the documents, extracting the data, reconciling the discrepancies, and feeding clean records into your CTRM. Today we integrates with Right Angle, Endur, Allegro, Agiblocks, Aspect, Eka, and more. We feed your CTRM. We don't replace it.
Which documents can Atlas read?

The full set across the trade lifecycle. Bills of lading, charter parties, statements of fact, notices of readiness, certificates of quality, certificates of analysis, assay certificates (SGS, Inspectorate, Alfred H Knight, Camargue, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, Saybolt), weight tickets, weighbridge slips, draft surveys, packing lists, vessel nominations, port calls, LME quotation period documentation, provisional and final invoices, settlement reconciliations, letters of credit, RINs, ISCC certificates, RNG attribution, KYC packets, and sanctions documentation. Scanned PDFs, photographs, stamped originals, handwritten margins, multilingual.
What happens when Atlas gets something wrong?

Every extracted field carries a confidence score. When confidence is high, an agent auto-posts the record to your CTRM. When it isn't, an Atlas notifies your team and routes the record to a review queue. An operator confirms or corrects, and the change is logged in the audit trail.
Does CommodityAI train on my data?

No. Your documents, prompts, and outputs are never used to train foundation models, never shared with other tenants, and never seen by anyone outside your tenant. Data resides in either the EU or the US, your choice. Single-tenant deployments are available for enterprise customers.
Will Atlas integrate with my CTRM, ERP, and accounting system?

Yes. Atlas integrates with Right Angle, Endur, Allegro, Agiblocks, Aspect, and Eka on the CTRM side. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Business Central, QuickBooks, and Xero on the ERP and accounting side. Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery on the data warehouse side. SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, WhatsApp, and ICE Chat on the channels side. REST API and webhooks for anything custom.
Which commodities does CommodityAI support?

Agriculture (sugar, coffee, grain, cocoa, oilseeds, cotton), energy (crude, refined products, fuel distribution, natural gas, LNG, renewables), metals and minerals (concentrates, refined metals, LME-linked products), and chemicals. Specific support for commodity-specific workflows: LME quotation periods, three-way assay reconciliation across load port, discharge port, and umpire, demurrage and lay-time computation from statements of fact, and RIN and ISCC mass balance reporting.
How long does it take to go live?

First production workflow runs within weeks of the discovery call. Deployment is incremental: one document type on one desk, prove it, then expand by desk and by document type. ETG, our largest deployed customer, started with one workflow on the sugar desk and now runs 38% more volume with zero new operations hires.
Can I try Atlas on one workflow first?

Yes. That is the standard motion. We start with the workflow that's costing the most operator time, or the one where breaks are hitting margin. Operators see Atlas alongside their existing process. You decide what auto-posts and what requires review. Expansion is by desk and by document type, on your timeline.
